* Fund returns are calculated net of expenses. Investor units are subject to a 2.5% annual fee that includes the management fee, custody charges for holding the fund’s assets, and customary fees and expenses of the fund administrator.

Minimum Investment	$250,000	Investor Qualifications Investors must be accredited and U.S.-based.
Asset Class	Cryptocurrency	Early Withdrawals For the first 12 months, redemptions incur a 3% early withdrawal fee. After 12 months, there is no fee to withdraw.
Liquidity	Weekly	Subscriptions and Redemptions Accepted every week on Wednesday.
